What is Microdermabrasion?
Microdermabrasion is a non-surgical technique of removing tiny granules and dead skin cells that may have built up from over the years leaving skin feeling rejuvenated, clearer and refreshed. With a vacuum and pressurize machine, this facial treatment gets rid of old skin cells by washing them with micro crystals. It works on all skin types and colours, leaving no physical scars or change in skin coloration.

How it Works
With an abrasion tool, microdermabrasion takes place on the stratum corneum, or surface layer of the skin. By getting rid of excess layers, removal of oily substances under the pores, it enhances your skin to be able to absorb nutrients more effectively. Any deeper and it would be painful and detrimental. With only slight discomfort that may be experienced, your doctor can readjust the machine to your preference, should you request for it.
